sandwich holds house made esquire ketchup & mustard, accompanying house made pickles. The pastrami itself is a process of 7-14 days wet brine honey & spices followed by a dry rub of spices, smoked, bbq’d & then slow cooked for 24 hrs before it finds itself with the rest of the crew in esquire’s house baked rye.
